BILL
HENSLER, FOUNDER AND PRESIDENT
“It’s all good” is the mantra of founder and president Bill Hensler, the hub
of the wheel that is Becker Wholesale Mine Supply. With 20 years of experience in RF
communications, he is an expert in underground mining communications.
In his tenure, Bill has designed and installed more than 100 underground leaky
feeder radios systems in the United States and Mexico, and traveled to South
Africa and Canada for training on the Becker and Varis communication systems.
His expertise in the sector has even led him to the hallowed halls of the Washington,
DC regulatory stage, where he spoke before the US Senate and House of Representatives
on mining communications and underground tracking of mine personnel. Prior to
establishing WMS, Bill worked for Crown Castle and Federal Signal Corp. He received
his economics degree from the University of Pittsburgh.
Bill, An FCC license holder, attributes the company’s success and rapid growth
to surrounding himself with INCREDIBLE employees, teaming up with the best distributors
in the U.S. who uphold the company’s values and who ALWAYS place customer service
as the priority.

JOE DIBRIDGE, PROJECT DIRECTOR
A 21-year veteran of the
electric and mining industries, Joe DiBridge holds the
coveted title of BWMS Project Director. Over his career he
has been directly involved with the coordination as well
as the functional management and leadership of all sales
activities for the company and also successfully manages
our U.S. distribution network and customer support functions.
As if that weren’t enough, Joe also oversees the field
and in-house sales functions – quite a task – and establishes
our market and target customer strategies.
Joe, a graduate of the University
of Pittsburgh with a BS in management and accounting, is
a proud member of the Society for Mining, Metallurgy and
Exploration (SME). |

ANDREW POWANDA,
SYSTEM DESIGN ANALYST
Andrew has serves as Becker Wholesale’s System Design Analyst since 2005, working with not only
system design and new product research but also sales and
customer support for all of our products.
He spent 20 years in the
Army National Guard before finding his way to the BWMS team,
retiring from the service as a captain. During his military
career, he had successful runs as platoon leader, company
commander, battalion maintenance officer, battalion supply
officer, and battalion communications officer.
Andrew is also a skilled
AutoCAD user and has been a CAD design engineer for 15 years.
He has four academic achievements under his belt, including
a 2LT USAR from the New Mexico Military Institute, the United
States Engineer Officer Basic School, the Pennsylvania State
Police Academy, and an AutoCAD certificate from Triangle
Tech.
Andrew and his wife Marsha
have one child, 19-year-old Drew, and in his spare time he
enjoys NASCAR, golf and hockey. He is active in the Society
of Carbide Engineers, the Loyal Order of Moose, the Elks
and the American Legion. |
ALAN
QUINN, SYSTEMS ENGINEER

Alan is responsible for
organizing, motivating, and leading our sales team. As
he oversees its combined performance, he also works to
ensure everyone within the team reaches their sales targets
while also allocating areas to sales executives and monitoring
their performance.
Alan
graduated from Robert Morris University with a BSBA
in finance and economics and has worked in communications
for above ground and underground for six years. |

RAYMOND McCARTNEY,
SERVICE ENGINEER
Raymond, with BWMS since 2006, is in charge
of both the installation and troubleshooting of our communications
systems. Some other areas of his professional expertise include
hydraulics, estimating, machining, mechanics and quality
control.
Prior to coming on board with the company,
Raymond served as the service and sales engineer at Victor
Products for 10 years. During that time, he was responsible
for the service and sales of industry lighting and communications
systems as well as installation and troubleshooting, duties
which took him to operations in many mining-rich regions.
Raymond currently lives in Zelienople.

JODI
SMITH, DIRECTOR OF PRODUCTION
A veteran of Becker Wholesale Mine Supply, Jodi has juggled many
balls of responsibility and worn many hats. She manages
all of our financial operations as well as all inventory
and systems sales orders.
Jodi also joins forces with
the BWMS sales, engineering and production staff on many occasions
to work on
quotes, sales, deliveries and installations, and she provides
the project management staff with detailed reports on system
sales.
This 20-year veteran of
management, financial services and accounting also oversees
BWMS’s daily office operations.
She and Scott, her husband
of 26 years, are parents to 24-year-old Scott Jr. and 23-year-old
Jami -and we're now the proud grandparents of Aidan. It's been an eventful year - lol! |

SCOTT SMITH, PRODUCTION MANAGER
Scott, a member of the BWMS team, is truly
our administrator of change. Among his duties are custom
equipment production, system sale base station construction,
and the installation of communication systems. He also
oversees our service, repair and warehouse department and
handled the quality control process for all outgoing products.
Prior to joining the company, Scott spent 13 years as an
industrial electrician and eight years as a certified aircraft
welder for the United States Air Force. He is a graduate
of Westmoreland County Community College, where he earned
an associate’s degree in welding technology, and also successfully
completed a 720-hour electrician certificate program from
Associated Builders and Contractors.
Scott, a motorcycle and muscle car enthusiast, has been
married to Jodi for 26 years and has two children, Scott
Jr. (24) and Jami (23). When not practicing martial arts,
he is active in the Loyal Order of the Moose, the Free and
Accepted Masons, and the Harley Owners Group. |

JACK JONES, SERVICE & TECHNICAL ANALYST
Jack Jones is a new member of Becker Wholesale Mine Supply and holds the position of Service & Technical Analyst. His proven track record has lead him to the design, installation, and maintenance of communication systems across the United States and Puerto Rico, including systems for the private government sector and for the Pittsburgh International Terminal US Air Control Towers. Additionally, he has implemented communication systems for ten 911 centers.
With over 32 years experience, an Associates Degree in Communications and Computer Technology, and holder of an FCC License, Jack has become an expert in his field.

TINA "TT" GRAY, WEB AND GRAPHIC DESIGNER AND MARKETING SPECIALIST
Tina, the newest member to the BWMS team, holds the position of Web and Graphic Designer and Marketing Specialist. Most of her role includes website design and maintenance, trade show management (including design of all multi-media, banners, and brochures), the implementation of creative print and website banner campaigns, marketing, and the production of any creative artwork needed for advertising.
Prior to joining our team, Tina served 6 years in the US Navy as Aerographer's Mate. This elite rate landed her on the island of Guam where she tracked storms in the south pacific and plotted maps of forecast projections. This was the beginning of her design career and ever since her portfolio has grown to include website and design work for Antakamatics, Inc, a biomedical design firm in Pittsburgh, PA, design of sales presentations for the Pittsburgh Tribune-Review, and experience as a freelance web and graphic designer in Westmoreland County.
Tina holds an Associates Degree in Website and Graphic Design, specializing in Web Development. She is a Rescue Diver, an Active Volunteer for the Great Dane Rescue of Pittsburgh, a Photographer, and Muralist.
